It was a beautiful day. A silver haired boy, named Zero, leaned against a tree looking at the students who was walking by. He was annoyed. He hated his guarding duty, but he had no choice since the director had taken care of him after his whole family was massacred by a pureblooded vampire. Damn, what he hated vampires!! He was accually a vampire himself, but he did not want to admit it. He got bitten by the pureblooded vampire Shizuka, who massacred his family, as a child.
-Kiriyuu-kun.
Zero was abrubtly awaken from his thoughts as he heard his last name being called by the voice of the person he hated the most. The pureblooded vampire Kuran Kaname. Or at least he was second after Shizuka.
Zero turned around and looked straightly into the eyes of Kaname.
-Kuran.
The brown haired, handsome, pureblooded vampire looked back into Zeros eyes, wich was full of hatred. Kaname smiled at the thought of how the silver haired boy would react to what he was going to say next.
Zero, who was tired of being with Kaname any longer, said:
-So? Got anything to say or can I leave, "Kaname-sama"?
Zero, who prounonced "sama" sarcastically, turned around to leave.
-Wait. Do you think I would call you if I didnt have anything to say?
Zero turned only his head as he looked at Kaname once again.
-Say it fast, or I´ll leave. Said Zero with a voice who clearly showed that he didnt want to stay there much longer.
A grin showed at Kanames face a few seconds before he turned around.
-Follow me, lets speak at a more.. Quiet place..
Not until then Zero noticed that all of the studens around them stared att Kaname, with curious eyes and at Zero with a bit of confused eyes.
-Hmph! Zero answered and followed Kaname who had started to walk away.
They walked deeper and deeper into the forest until they where all alone.
Zero who was iritated before, was almost furious now. He thought that he had been alone with Kaname for far too long and could almost not bear the silence that was surounding them.

zero was lying in the dark cold stables again looking out the open doors. there was no moon tonight only darkness which only made his undying thirst stronger. zero clenched some of the straw.
“im disgusting”
zero sat up and sprinkled the straw at his feet. he took off his jacket and set it on the ground next to him. he looked back out the door as he waited. Kaname suddenly appeared in the door blocking out night from zero view and breaking his train of thought. zero stayed calm because this was not the first night they had met up like this. zero instantly put on a guarded look and stood up.
“lets get this over with”

Kaname was dumbfounded but still kept his face composed as he looked at the girl sipping hot chocolate on the other side of the fire. He was utterly confused on what had happened as he ran through the scenario a hundred times in his mind.
The chairman pulled back the blanket and kaname gave out a little gasp.
“How did this happen” kaname asked calmly.
“We don’t know, one of the vampire guards were patrolling the area and found her like this” the headmaster replied.
Kaname leaned in to get a better look at her. She wasn’t in her true form but that of the child’s body she inhabited before he killed her. H

Confusion Kaname x Zero
It was evening, or better said; night.
A full moon shined brightly and stars twinkled in the sky.
A noise came from the trees; a tall boy with silver hair walked trough the forest.
Zero sighed. ‘Always these stupid patrol rounds, it’s not like I don’t have anything better to do.’ In his pocket he felt a pistol; a beautiful silver pistol. The pistol is used to kill vampires with. The truth be told, he is a vampire himself, but he didn’t consider himself one. He considered himself the enemy; a Vampire Hunter, just like his parents, but they were murdered by a Pure Blood Vampire.
